Q: What kind of boarding do you offer?
A:

  • Full board - $300.00 per month. INCLUDES: Hay and water twice daily, turnout/in, stalls cleaned daily, use of facilities; indoor wash rack, outdoor arena, round pen. Owners choice: our grain or theirs.
  • Partial board - $200.00 per month. INCLUDES: Hay and water twice daily, turnout/in, owner cleans stall (daily), Use of facilities. Owner provides grain and supplements.
  • Overnight or Emergency Stabling - $15.00 per day, $70.00 per week. INCLUDES: Everything that is included in full board, but on a daily basis.

Show clip; muzzle, ears, fetlock, & Bridle path: $20.00

Q: How far off the interstate are you?
A: We are located 2 miles off Interstate 24 @ Exit 86.

Q: Are there hotels in the area?
A: Yes! There are 3 hotels within 3 miles of the stable. Also, a Super Walmart within 5 miles.

Q: Are other pets allowed?
A: Yes. Pets are welcome. Dogs must be leashed & not allowed to run loose.

Q: What is required for horses to be boarded?
A: Horses must have a current Negative Coggins, Health certificate, and shot record.

Horses must be vaccinated for:

EASTERN ENCEPHALOMYELITIS (EEE)
WESTERN ENCEPHALOMYELITIS (WEE)
TETNUS
RABIES
FLU
RHINO
WEST NILE
STRANGLES (RECOMMENDED BUT NOT MANDATORY)

VACCINES AND COGGINS MUST BE KEPT UP TO DATE WHILE BOARDING AT LHA.

We DEWORM every other month starting in January. We also use a Dewormer in the Fall for Tapeworms. Owners provide Wormer.

*Overnight boarders don't have to have shot record, but please make sure your horses shots are up to date for their own safety!

Q: What breeds and disciplines is your stable open to?
A: All breeds and disciplines.

Q: If I do partial board & can not make it out daily to clean my horse's stall, do you have someone there to do it?
A: Yes. We can clean your stall for you for $5.00 a day. This charge may also apply if stable management feels that your stall is not properly maintained.
